The highly anticipated queer romantic comedy “Red, White & Royal Blue” has made its debut on Amazon Prime Video today, August 11. The film offers viewers an enchanting and heartwarming love story that transcends international borders.

 

The official trailer introduced Taylor Zakhar Perez as Alex Claremont-Diaz, the First Son of the United States, and Nicholas Galitzine as Prince Henry of Britain. The story begins with a conflict between the two, playfully named “The Buttercream Summit” by the media. The ensuing events lead them to pose as fake friends to enhance the diplomatic relations between their nations.

 

Taylor Zakhar Perez, known for his role in Netflix’s “The Kissing Booth” series, takes on the role of Alex, while Nicholas Galitzine, previously seen as Prince Robert in Prime Video’s “Cinderella,” portrays Prince Henry. The trailer hints at a captivating romance intertwined with political intrigue and personal growth.

 

As the plot unfolds, Alex and Henry are compelled to spend time together, and their interactions evolve from initial conflict to burgeoning feelings. However, their growing connection puts Alex’s mother’s re-election campaign at risk.
